1. HemisFair Park

HemisFair is a great destination during the weekends, but if you’re looking for something to do on weekdays then we recommend visiting this gem. It’s only about 15 minutes away from downtown and perfect for an all-day adventure with your family! The park offers many different activities including sports fields, playgrounds, science centers, zoos, aquariums, and art galleries. It’s also home to some of San Antonio’s most iconic landmarks such as the Tower of Americas and the Museum Reach section of Lady Bird Lake which were both built in 1968. 2. Arneson River Theatre
